The atmosphere at WOW is always welcoming and friendly. On days when I don’t feel like exercising; I just have to walk through the door and the staff will motivate me. I always leave with a spring in my step. You don’t exercise alone here; there is a continuous circuit class and you just turn up and join in. Great fun. The staff are up to date with exercise trends and know their stuff, but a lot of the exercise programmes they do are back to basics stuff, with a twist, that really work. There are no gimics here; just hard work, great fun and amazing results!”
